They patiently went through all the different types of mattresses they offer and even explained what the differences are, which allowed us to make an informed decision on the mattress we actually needed versus what we initially thought we wanted. Their after sales service was just as great and in particular, Ace really went above and beyond to assist me in arranging for the delivery of my mattress with prompt responses and incredible patience. I have to be honest that I may have been an inconvenient client to have as I had to reschedule my delivery date multiple times due to delays with my home renovation, but Ace was very accommodating and helped me out during this time. Really appreciate Ace and the entire team's welcoming service and excellent after sales responsiveness. Me and my wife are finding bed for our master room,after doing some research we decided to visit The Mattress Boutique (Paya Lebar) We are so lucky and thankful to met and served by Ace 😊 Ace has very high knowledge in their products and is very patient,he will understand your requirements,explain things very thoroughly and give you good advice yet not pushy 👍🏼 We liaise with many sales personnel during our reno but there’s no one like Ace,we feel he’s very professional and was very impressed by his outstanding service 👍🏼 Very good follow up and after sales service was great!!
